Taskrix

Feedback

What’s missing?

There's no support queue, no ticket number and no template reply — every message is read and answered. Several of the features in Taskrix exist because somebody did exactly that.

What’s most useful to say

Anything at all is welcome, but these are the ones that change what gets built:

“I stopped using it when…”

The most valuable sentence anyone can send. Where it lost you matters more than what it lacks.

“I wanted to do X and couldn’t work out how”

Usually means the feature exists and is hidden. That's the app's problem to fix, not yours to solve.

“This number doesn’t match what my week felt like”

The weekly score is the heart of the app. If it's wrong about you, that's worth knowing.

“I’d pay for…”

Blunt is fine. Better to hear it than to guess.

Blunt is fine. Half-formed is fine. It doesn't need to be a proposal.

Only used to reply, and only if there's something worth replying to. Leave it blank and it still gets read.

Easier: send it from the app

In Taskrix, Settings → Send feedback opens a message with your app version and device already filled in, so nobody has to ask. There's a toggle for including a short summary of how you've used the app — how many tasks, how many weeks, which features. You see the exact text before it sends, and you can delete it.

That summary is entirely optional and nothing is ever sent in the background.

Something broken rather than missing?

The support page covers the handful of things that go wrong most often — voice sorting not hearing you, sync not appearing on a second device, a blank widget. Worth a look first; if it's not there, send a message here.

What can’t be promised

Everything gets read, and almost everything gets a reply, usually within a day or two. Not every request can be built — some ideas pull against what the app is trying to be, and saying yes to all of them is how a focused app becomes a cluttered one. You'll get an honest answer about which it is.
